Senior Area Manager

I’m from Long Island, NY and couldn’t have found a better place to live and expand my family than Denver, Colorado.  I studied exercise science and Kinesiology at SUNY Cortland where I truly feel in love with fitness. My passion started in helping myself learn more about my own body, then grew into craving to help others.  I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have certifications that include NASM, ACE, TRX, Schwinn and more.  I love being about to help grow our Orangetheory Fitness staff into better leaders and in return help them create more vibrant lives for our members.  I love being physical whether it is doing an OTF class or going on a hike with my amazing wife, daughter and dog. I’m truly passionate about cooking and if I wasn’t with OTF I would be supporting others with their nutrition through eating the right foods.
