Orange Theory Fitness, Director of Operations

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I started as a personal trainer in southern California and have always been passionate about health and fitness. I moved my family to Colorado in 2011 to open my first Orangetheory studio. I am now co-owner of three amazing studios in Colorado. I am an avid mountain biker, snowboarder, and rock climber. Moving to Colorado was the best thing I could have done for myself and my family! We love the people, the lifestyle, and the beauty this state has to offer.
