Regional Manager

Born and raised here in Colorado, I have always been active outdoors and in sports. Once organized sports ended, I quickly found a passion in fitness and a desire to make the world a healthier place. While working towards a BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition, I started working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Through a friend’s referral, I started looking at a job at Orangetheory Fitness.

It didn’t take long to fall in love with the science behind the workout, the community, and the incredible impact OTF can have on individual lives. After one year of coaching, I moved to Boca Raton, FL to work at OTF Global Headquarters as a Fitness Educator. I was able to travel around the US and also internationally to Kuwait and Guatemala to help open new OTF locations. After one year working as a Fitness Educator, an amazing opportunity to help grow and develop the CO region appeared, and I moved back to be a part of the We Spread Health team.

When not at OTF, I enjoy spending time with my husband, hiking with our dogs, or finding the best local taco and margarita combo in town.
