Sales and Operations Training Specialist

I’m from beautiful, snowy St. Paul, Minnesota!  I went to UW Stout for Fashion Merchandising & Business.  I’ve lived in Kansas City, Dallas, Portland & Newport Beach.  I found my training & development passion leading a team of Chili’s trainers, opening 37 restaurants – my favorites Edmonton, Paris and Sydney!  I was promoted to new roles at Chili’s, Hollywood Video, Director of Training at Diedrich Coffee, and Noodles & Co. where I designed and implemented enterprise-wide training programs and succession management for team members, managers and executives.  I developed top performing teams to raise productivity, increase functionality, reduce turnover and produce exceptional leaders.

I found Orangetheory Fitness as a member in Dec 2016, starting a side hustle as a Sales Associate in Sept 2018.  I began recruiting and training Sales Associates in March 2019 and currently partner to create and deliver Studio Manager training.  It has been my dream to combine what I love about fitness with my career.  Orangetheory Fitness is perfect.

I’ve run 3 marathons and 7 half marathons and I’m a double black diamond, moguls & trees boarder. I have 2 adorable pups Maxwell and Lucy who remind me having a yard to run in, a few treats and unconditional love are the keys to happiness.​
